The refreshing noodles are incredibly invigorating, and when you quickly dip them in the broth, they slide down your throat smoothly. The translucent green noodles, which contain seaweed, have a wonderful aroma, and adding a little wasabi makes them even more delicious. The broth has a faint scent of sesame oil, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. The ramen features a light pork bone soup paired with slightly thicker noodles, creating a crisp, traditional flavor. The toppings of menma (bamboo shoots), gobo tempura, and seaweed provide a nice accent, allowing you to enjoy a comforting bowl. The café-like atmosphere is cozy, and with options like coffee and pizza, just looking at the menu is exciting.
