Enjoy Japanese set meals in a homely atmosphere

Sushi Juu is a place where you can enjoy fresh sashimi and delicious chawanmushi in a calm, traditional Japanese setting. The dishes, harmoniously prepared by the chef, offer a heartwarming, home-cooked flavor. The slightly soft, chewy rice and the well-seasoned simmered fish are particularly appealing.

4.1

The interior of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and it's enjoyable to watch the craftsmen at work over the counter. The sushi has larger toppings that balance well with the rice, providing satisfaction with every bite. The sashimi set meal features fresh ingredients like sea bream and squid, with a strong umami flavor. The tempura is freshly fried with a light batter, and the crispy texture is delightful. The rolled omelet and simmered mackerel also have a gentle flavor, perfectly complementing the red miso soup. The parking spaces in both the front and back are easy to use, and I appreciate the casualness that allows for a spontaneous visit.
