The Yonezawa beef sukiyaki was very impressive, and I couldn't help but be captivated by the beauty of the marbling. I had it as part of a course meal, and even the appetizers and small dishes were carefully prepared, all of which were delicious. The service was proper, and I was able to enjoy my meal in a calm atmosphere. There are private rooms available, which are perfect for when you want to spend time leisurely. The handmade soba noodles were smooth and went well with the flavorful dipping sauce. The shrimp and scallops in the seafood bowl were sweet, and I was satisfied all the way through to dessert.
