Soba-dokoro Washoui prides itself on its handmade soba made from self-milled buckwheat with a high percentage of whole buckwheat. You can enjoy various types of soba, including ni-hachi soba and ju-wari soba, with an especially exquisite texture and mouthfeel. The retro and somewhat nostalgic interior provides a warm atmosphere where you can relax and unwind. The delicious soba is so appealing that you'll want to visit again and again.
