This is a calm shop located in a residential area, featuring a counter and tables, as well as a sunken kotatsu. Jazz music plays in the background, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff greets you with a soft demeanor, and once seated, you are quickly served a hot towel, chopsticks, and warm tea. The soba noodles have a wonderful aroma and a refreshing texture, perfectly complemented by the flavorful dipping sauce with wasabi and green onions. The tempura is light and crispy, with shrimp, white fish, pumpkin, bell pepper, and carrot, all of which are satisfying in taste. The chirashi sushi includes thick slices of tuna, along with salmon, kohada, squid, egg, board-wrapped fish, and kanpyo, creating a colorful presentation. The finishing touch is the soba-yu, which is white and mellow, and when combined with the flavorful dipping sauce, it seeps into your body.
