The shabu-shabu made with Agu pork comes in two types: belly and loin, both cut thickly for a satisfying bite. Thanks to the mozuku seaweed added first, the broth gains richness, and the fat is light, allowing for a refreshing enjoyment until the end. The menu features Okinawan dishes such as a salad topped with sea grapes and mozuku, and a champuru packed with spam and vegetables. Finishing with taco rice greatly increased my satisfaction. It pairs excellently with Orion beer, making it easy to keep eating. The cheerful service from the staff was also pleasant, allowing me to relax and enjoy my dinner.
