A homely Japanese dining spot

Noichi is a dining establishment where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine centered around grilled fish. The interior has a bright, café-like atmosphere, and you can also dine on the wooden deck that exudes warmth from the wood. Surrounded by the lush greenery of Ichinomiya Town, you can spend a heartwarming moment here.

Stepping into a cozy wooden house, I feel comforted by the calm atmosphere of traditional Japanese style and the smiles of the staff. The engawa seating near the entrance is pleasantly sunlit, allowing for a leisurely wait. The grilled fish is fluffy, juicy, and aromatic, making the rice naturally go down easily. The sashimi is exceptionally fresh, and I can't forget the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the yellowtail. The small bowls of offal stew and chicken with potatoes have a gentle seasoning, and even the small plate of salad and pickled vegetables show the care put into them. The miso soup with tomatoes and the fragrant roasted green tea highlight the thoughtful details, allowing me to enjoy the meal until the very end.
