Seasonal Sushi and Fine Sake Crafted by a Chef with International Experience
Located just a short walk from Minami-Koshigaya Station, this clean and tranquil space on the second floor of a ramen shop offers authentic sushi. The chef, originally from Koshigaya and with 25 years of experience honed overseas, skillfully prepares seasonal fish delivered directly from the market, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of toppings such as scallops and medium fatty tuna. The menu also features a wide selection of appetizers and an impressive lineup of beverages, including sake from Niigata, shochu, and wine. It's a friendly neighborhood sushi spot perfect for a casual lunch.
