The plum shiso grated soba is refreshing, and the flavors of the grated daikon and plum pair well together. The balance of the dipping sauce and wasabi is also good, making it easy to eat. You can choose the number of soba noodles, so you can enjoy it thoroughly. The tempura is freshly fried with a light texture, and both the shrimp and white fish are fluffy and delicious. There are many varieties such as eggplant, lotus root, pumpkin, and chicken, and when you dissolve the grated daikon in the dipping sauce, the umami expands even further. The interior of the restaurant has both counter and table seating, making it comfortable, and both the soba and tempura have a high level of satisfaction.
