Effet Mer - Cuisine de marché et de saisons

Effet Mer is an intimate St-Malo restaurant offering refined contemporary French cuisine in a cozy, discreet setting. Diners highlight precisely cooked seafood and meat dishes, such as cod with hollandaise or beef fillet with seared foie gras, often preceded by a small amuse-bouche. Profiteroles with a dramatic chocolate shell are a signature finale, and the attentive, personable team creates a welcoming, relaxed experience.
