The savory smell of the sauce wafted outside, and I couldn't help but line up. Skewers were being grilled one after another at the grill, and it was enjoyable to watch the final dipping in the sauce. The tsukune and negima were reliably delicious, and the skin and bonjiri had a strong umami flavor. The pork harami was juicy and had a nice texture, while the pork liver provided a satisfying experience with each skewer. The sauce was not too thick and had a mild flavor, and the extra sauce was a nice touch, pairing well with rice. Although there is often a line, receiving the carefully wrapped skewers made the wait feel worthwhile.
