JC Seafood (formerly Simply Seafood)

Simply Seafood offers freshly caught local seafood on Johns Island, prepared in an unfussy, flavorful style. Guests choose from fried and boiled specialties such as shrimp platters, fish sandwiches, and oysters, along with housemade sauces. The casual setup emphasizes takeout and outdoor picnic-table seating, and a display of seafood on ice lets visitors bring the day’s catch home. Staff are described as efficient and welcoming.
