I took my seat with excitement as I looked out at the stadium from the spacious interior of the restaurant. When the colorful appetizers were laid out on the table, my appetite surged just from their appearance. The pasta with a ragù sauce made from four types of mushrooms and brown mushrooms was rich in aroma, and each bite was a surprise. The cold capellini with fruit tomatoes had a perfect balance of sweetness and freshness, making it a great palate cleanser. The Nagasaki wagyu tagliata I had as the main dish was cooked to perfection, with its umami spreading throughout my mouth. Thanks to the careful suggestions from the sommeliers and the cheerful service from all the staff, I was able to enjoy a relaxed and happy time.
