El Gaucho Bistro Bar

El Gautxo Bistro Bar is a small, cozy spot in Vitoria’s historic center offering hearty Basque-style cooking and a varied set menu. Dishes such as mellow rice with mushrooms, tender beef and a homemade cheesecake are carefully prepared and flavorful. Attentive staff and a casual bar setting create a lively, intimate dining experience, though space can feel tight when busy.
