Sitting in a warm space filled with the scent of wood, I feel enveloped by the gentle aroma of vegetables. The green salad and sweet potato soup that were served first highlighted the natural sweetness of the ingredients, spreading a sense of happiness with each bite. The main dish, colorful vegetable sushi, featured sweet red fruits and ingredients derived from soybeans, and while I was surprised by the fresh combination, I quickly found my chopsticks moving. The soboro bento chosen by my companion was seasoned just right, with a perfect balance between the side dishes and rice. The plant-based cake I requested as a finishing touch was light and fluffy, pairing well with the brown rice coffee. Thanks to the ingredients sourced from local farms and the warm hospitality, it turned out to be a wonderful lunch time that satisfied both body and soul.
