When the katsudon served on a large plate comes before me, I feel like I'm enjoying a somewhat special Japanese meal. The thick meat is juicy and not dry, providing satisfaction with every bite. The sweet and light sauce is plentiful, and the seasoning is just right with a moderate amount of saltiness. The dish, topped with plenty of grated daikon and radish sprouts, is refreshing and pairs well with the vegetables. The restaurant has a traditional cleanliness, and the unique chairs at the counter and the tatami seating make the interior comfortable. After the meal, I can relax with a cup of coffee, and even when it's crowded, the wait progresses quickly, allowing for a pleasant experience.
