I made a reservation and visited, but the restaurant was lively and full of reserved guests. The style of grilling on a tabletop shichirin was enjoyable, and there were instructions on how to grill, which was reassuring. The chicken thigh had a firm texture and the umami gradually came out, and the combination with the garlic chives that absorbed the richness of the chicken was outstanding. There were condiments like rock salt, yuzu pepper, garlic soy sauce, and ponzu, allowing for a variety of flavors to enjoy. The half-cooked garlic chives, chicken sashimi, and chicken soup were all delicious and satisfying. The staff were efficient, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there.

The style of finishing grilled chicken thighs on a shichirin (a small charcoal grill) by yourself is interesting. There is a guide with tips, so even beginners can grill well. The firm texture unique to parent chickens spreads flavor the more you chew. The chicken fat mixes with the chives warming on the side, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The half-cooked chives and beef offal were also mild and very delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively, and the staff's response was pleasant, making for a comfortable experience.
