The atmosphere is calm, allowing you to enjoy your meal slowly. There is a counter and tables, and you can feel that it is carefully managed by a couple. The course is substantial, and the sashimi platter, especially the grouper, was particularly impressive. The monkfish liver, the gentle-tasting clear soup, and the sauce made from garland chrysanthemum all show creativity and are exciting. The performance of sprinkling karasumi (dried mullet roe) on top right at the table was fun and very delicious. A variety of sake from different regions is also available, making for a consistently enjoyable time paired with good quality dishes.
