This is a shop directly operated by a noodle-making factory, and upon entering, a clean and calm atmosphere spreads out. In addition to the counter and tables, there is also a raised seating area, allowing for comfortable seating whether alone or in a group. The thick, chewy udon noodles are glossy, with a strong texture and excellent smoothness going down. The broth is sharp and combines the aromas of ginger and yuzu, enhancing the deliciousness of the udon and soba. The maitake mushroom tempura is large and crispy, and when eaten with salt, the aroma stands out and is impressive. The parking lot is spacious, making it easy to stop by by car, so it's a favorite shop that's perfect for after shopping.
