A retro yakitori izakaya loved by locals

Toriyoshi is a yakitori izakaya that exudes a retro Showa-era atmosphere and has been cherished by the local community for many years. The menu focuses on chicken dishes, particularly the exquisite chicken hot pot with a delicious broth and the spicy chicken wings that are a hit. The pairing with drinks is exceptional, especially the carefully prepared soda cocktails that are highly praised. Additionally, you can enjoy unique dishes like fried tofu, all within a lively and comfortable space that makes this place truly appealing.

The atmosphere has a calming scent of the Showa era, and you feel excited the moment you step in. The space is wide, with both a counter and tatami seating, allowing for a relaxed experience whether you're in a group or alone. The homemade omelet, filled with plenty of vegetables and fragrant dashi, had a very gentle taste. There is a wide variety of yakitori and fried foods, and you can also enjoy dishes like doteni and the specialty sasaten. They pair well with local sake and beer, making it easy to keep eating. The place is lively with local regulars, and you can feel the charm of an old-fashioned tavern.
