This shop is located on the floor of a building with a long history, and while the entrance may be somewhat difficult to find, the interior is comfortable. It is furnished with tables and sofas, allowing for a relaxed time. The udon made from 100% brown rice is thin, has a chewy texture, and is easy to eat. The broth made from Hinai chicken is rich in flavor, and when enjoyed with salt, its aroma is enhanced. The Kanazawa-style curry is thick and has a pleasant mouthfeel, pairing well with hamburgers and salads. For those concerned about wheat, there are also breads made only from brown rice or white rice, and the explanations provided are thorough, making it reassuring.

The interior of the store has a spacious atmosphere where you can relax and spend time leisurely. The staff are friendly and provide careful guidance. The rice flour bread has a chewy texture and a gentle sweetness that makes it easy to eat. The bite-sized rice croissants have a rich buttery aroma and are so delicious that you can't stop eating them. There are also breads made from 100% brown rice and 100% white rice, making the selection process enjoyable. The brown rice udon has thin noodles that pair well with the broth, making it easy and pleasant to enjoy.
