The interior is bright and clean, and the atmosphere at the counter is very pleasant. There are private rooms with sunken kotatsu tables, allowing you to stretch your legs and relax. The careful preparation is evident from the appetizers and side dishes, raising expectations. You can enjoy a well-balanced selection from sashimi, rolled omelet, tempura, to grilled dishes, and the sushi at the end is very satisfying. The aroma of the anago (conger eel) and the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the shirako (cod milt), along with the umami of the flounder and sardines, are particularly impressive. The service is calm and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing time.
