Since it is located on a high floor of the hotel, the view from the window is very beautiful. The seating has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal slowly. The staff's polite and friendly service is pleasant, and I felt at ease from start to finish. The course meals are full of ideas, and you can feel the new charm of the ingredients, such as the fried scallops and dishes made with seasonal fish. The homemade bread and desserts are also fragrant and delicious, making you want to have seconds. When paired with a glass selected from the extensive wine cellar, the flavors of the dishes are further enhanced, greatly increasing satisfaction.
