The Japanese side dishes in the basement of the department store are very well-stocked. There are many varieties, including simmered dishes, rolled omelets, and fried foods, all of which have a careful flavor. The assortment is well-balanced, allowing for a festive enjoyment at home. In particular, the aroma of the pepper from the oysters is pleasant, and the combination of the umami from the broth and soy sauce provides a satisfying experience. The bento also has a lovely aroma and a refined taste, making it enjoyable for everyone. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to easily take home the deliciousness of Japanese cuisine.
