A seasonal specialty restaurant for exquisite fugu dishes

Located in Yamagata Prefecture, the fugu specialty restaurant "Kirin" captivates visitors with its seasonal operation from September to the end of March. Inside, you can enjoy a wide variety of fugu dishes, with the sashimi and the rich flavor of the shirako being particularly exceptional. The fried fugu is also fluffy and thick, receiving high praise from many guests.

Fugu Cuisine Kirin" located behind Bunshokan I have eaten the new menu after the renewal construction. Kirin is known for its fugu cuisine in Yamagata, and in April, they started a new menu, the "fantastic pork shabu shabu course" that won over crab shabu on the Which Cuisine Show! The shabu-shabu is sweet and tasty, and the salt ramen noodles at the end are superb. Vegetables are now an art, and there is a wide variety. Fugu Tatsuta-age and Fugu Shumai were so delicious I thought I was going to pass out (laugh). I think it is a great value for the price, including a la carte dishes and desserts.
