As I entered the calm interior of the underground restaurant, the aroma of charcoal spread pleasantly, filling me with excitement. The recommended robatayaki featured shellfish and fish, which were fragrant and very juicy. In particular, the simmered fish and mackerel sashimi were rich in umami, making it a delightful pairing with drinks. The atmosphere was filled with regular customers, but even as a first-timer, the staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. Dishes are served one at a time, allowing me to savor them while enjoying conversation at a leisurely pace. The warmth of the charcoal and the lively counter combined to create a cozy environment that made me want to stop by casually.
