A traditional soba shop with a fragrant matcha twist
Yuhigaoka Sarashina is a traditional soba restaurant located near Osaka's Shitennoji Temple. Their house-made matcha soba, infused with matcha from Kyoto, features a refreshing flavor and aroma that can be further enjoyed with soba-yu (soba water) for a deeper taste experience.
