〜Ichiyo-ken Ichiyo-ken :: : Ichiyo-ken :. ➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・ 2-1601 Ueda-Nishi, Tenpaku-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan Shiogamaguchi station 7 min. ☀️ 11:00-14:00 🌙 18:00-21:00 💤 Thursday 💺 11 seats (counter seats only) 🚭 15 seats 15 🅿️ ➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・ : : : : I had lunch here 🍜 the other day. The parking lot is steep and I parked right next to the white line because if I parked normally, I was afraid that my address would fall over 😱I wish they would flatten it out. This is a "Yorai" style restaurant, but it's a rich and thick yakuzen style with pork bone 🐷. : : : 🍀Special Ajitama (💴940) I was tempted to get a heaping helping of chashu pork, but since it was my first visit, I decided to get ajitama as a topping, which seems to be the No. 1 most popular item. ☝️ I wanted to ask for the ajitama to be cut in half, but I didn't have the courage to do so. It was big and just the right amount of half-boiled and soft.... :) What makes it totally different from ordinary pork bone soup is that they do not use back fat from pigs, but only a small amount of broth, so they take great care to make it delicate, sweet, and mild. There, The root vegetables, which are the base of the Korai style, are slowly simmered to give the soup its delicious flavor, The sauce is then slowly simmered with root vegetables, which are the base of the Korai style, and several kinds of seafood, such as scallops and shrimp, are used for the sauce. The balance between these ingredients and soy sauce is also well balanced, The homemade medium-thick noodles, made from a blend of several types of wheat, are chewy despite their low water content, and because they are low in water content, they are well blended with the soup. A refined bowl of soup with no smell. Thank you very much. Thank you :) : :.

✏️ Ichiyo-ken [Tenpaku-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture]. : : : : 🍀Special Top Char Siew (💴1060) The soup is made from delicate and sweet pork bones without any smell, and is balanced with soy sauce. The soup is rich and full-bodied, with a higher ratio of animal-based ingredients than the last time, perhaps because of the extra pork chashu. The sweetness of the seafood used in the broth is mixed in the latter half of the soup, and it is not too rich, The flavor of the root vegetables slowly simmered in the broth is well combined with the medium-thick noodles, which have a chewy texture despite their low water content. It is a rich and mild soup with a thick texture. Thank you very much. Special Black Special In the food log, Koyoken 3.64, Ichiyoken 3.68, and Korai Dojo 3.63 (; ・・・д・´) It's a close race, but this one, run by Koyoken's son, is currently at the top. It's a Koyoken-style restaurant, but it's a Tonkotsu-style restaurant, which is probably in tune with the current times. Special black special: 1,640 yen This is ramen. But... when you try it, you'll be convinced by the taste and the customer service. A huge amount of thick bamboo shoots, surrounded by rare pork, and a black, shiny marsh oil (; ・・`д・´). The balance between the two is really delicious. In my case, I add a dash of vinegar to the second half of the dish to make it more refreshing. I think this routine will continue for a while ( ✧Д✧) ☆☆☆☆! Thank you for the meal!
