The simple combination of onions and mushrooms conveys the quality of the ingredients well. The rice is chewy, with each grain standing out, and you can feel its natural sweetness, making it a perfect match. The pickled vegetables served as a side add color, allowing you to enjoy the meal without getting bored until the end. The rich cheesecake is enhanced by black pepper and dried fruits, making it satisfying even for dessert.
