There are counters and raised seating, allowing for a calm atmosphere to spend time in. The thin soba noodles have a good bite and can be enjoyed smoothly. The aroma of sesame, along with green onions and wasabi, adds to the rich flavor. The soba broth is thick and delicious even in the aftertaste. The vegetable tempura has a light batter, and the balance with the dipping sauce was satisfying. Dishes like fresh yuba sashimi, horse sashimi, and grilled pork cheek with salt were also impressive, making for a pleasant time combined with the comfortable ambiance.
