Izakaya Nanyakan is a hidden gem located near the prefectural office, marked by a large red lantern. Although it's a bit of a walk from the station, the interior is well-maintained, beautiful, and clean. The selection of sake and shochu is particularly extensive, featuring rare drinks sourced through unique channels. The dishes are seasoned on the stronger side, with whale sashimi and fried foods being especially recommended, perfectly pairing with the drinks.

This is a calm shop located underground, with a counter, tables, and tatami seating, making it very convenient. The negitoro don is perfectly seasoned as it is, and it is very delicious. The aroma of wasabi gently spreads, not too spicy, and pairs excellently with the rice. The aosa seaweed miso soup has a pleasant fragrance, and when you take a sip, the taste of the sea spreads in your mouth. The selection of sake and shochu is very rich, which is irresistible for sake lovers. They also share recommendations that are not on the menu, making it an exciting experience.
