When you casually walk in, the calm atmosphere with the TV playing makes it comfortable. The handmade soba has a firm texture, and the moment you slurp it, the aroma spreads gently. The dipping sauce with duck is rich in flavor, and the floating fat clings well to the soba, keeping it interesting until the end. The soba topped with a mountain of Kujo green onions has a delightful crunch, and the crispy tempura bits add to the enjoyment, and before I knew it, the bowl was empty. I also tried the matcha soba, which lifted my spirits with its subtle tea aroma and vibrant color. During lunch hours, the place is bustling with older customers, but the turnover is quick, allowing you to enjoy delicious soba without any hassle.
