The interior has a café-like atmosphere that is calming. The broth has a clear taste without using additives, and the umami of the ingredients is well-expressed. The daikon, eggs, shirataki noodles, and thick fried tofu are soft and very delicious. The creatively prepared oden, such as tomato and mozzarella wrapped in fried eggplant, and fried oysters, are also enjoyable. The dashimaki (rolled omelette) made with the oden broth and the finishing rice porridge made with eggs and rice provide a sense of satisfaction. Condiments like yuzu pepper pair well, and the pleasant service allows for a relaxed experience.
