Yumyeong Sikdan is a Korean restaurant located near Yongpyong Resort. The balance between the soup and noodles is exquisite, with a harmonious blend of sweetness and acidity. The restaurant is also known for its generous portions. They have a noodle-making machine on-site and their specialty, Bibim Makguksu, is made with their own carefully selected buckwheat flour and enjoyed with soup, vinegar, and sugar. The Suyuk, made with Korean beef, is highly recommended for its chewy texture and exceptional flavor. Other must-try dishes include the pork and pheasant manduksu.
