A Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy exquisite seasonal fish dishes

Fukuei is an attractive Japanese restaurant that offers fresh fish dishes that change with the seasons. In particular, the house-made shio-kara, which can only be enjoyed in the colder months, is a dish you'll want to repeat every time you visit. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the warm hospitality of the chef makes each visit a comforting experience. It may be a bit of a walk from the station, but it's a hidden gem worth visiting.

It is a small Japanese restaurant with a counter and a raised seating area, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The rice bowls made with fresh seafood have thick slices that are satisfying to eat. The charm lies in being able to enjoy different seasonal fish and fugu. The homemade salted fish is rich and brings happiness with just one bite. The seaweed salad and miso soup made with fish stock are also carefully prepared, providing comfort. With the warm hospitality of the chef and staff, it's a place where you want to linger.
