A great place to eat nearby. Let's have a dinner around Hachioji station and eat meat! We decided to go there. Hormone assortment (500g) Just the ones I was able to confirm: Shimachou, Mino, Senmai, Hatsu (heart), and Liver. I think there were about two other kinds. The meat arrives in a bowl and is sliced into pieces. The cuts are large, but each piece of meat has a hidden knife so that it soaks up the flavor and is easy to chew through. I appreciate this kind of care. The décor has a nice, popular feel to it, so I was expecting a lot of rich hormone, but the special dipping sauce was light. When I first saw the quantity, I wondered if I could eat that much. But I finished it without any difficulty. Assorted barbequed meat The assortment includes beef, pork, and chicken thighs. It is also nice that there are lean and sinewy parts among the beef. The name of the restaurant suggests that the main meat is hormone, but the meat is also delicious. I also had the harami and beef tongue, but no photo. Side dishes such as kimchi and stewed pork were also very tasty. The total bill was a little over 7,000 yen because we didn't drink much, which was great value for money.
