The broth, a perfect blend of bonito flakes from Hokkaido and Kyushu, enhances the flavors of the shabu shabu meat and vegetables, making it a delightful experience from start to finish.

We propose to use Okinawa agu pork. It is served with soup stock made from Hokkaido [Rausu kelp] and Kyushu [dried bonito and grilled sardines], We are a restaurant specializing in dashi shabu shabu.
