The umami of kombu in the Japanese-style soup offers a gentle flavor that can be enjoyed refreshingly until the end. The thick, hand-pulled noodles have a delightful chewy texture and pair well with the soup. The chashu is small but tender, with three pieces that provide a satisfying experience. The salt tanmen is loaded with vegetables like cabbage and bean sprouts, allowing the sweetness to blend into the hot soup. The restaurant features table seating and tatami areas, creating a calm atmosphere typical of a dining hall where you can relax. The combination of light ramen and rice bowls is also enjoyable, making it irresistibly delicious.
