A bar with a cozy darkness and friendly atmosphere

Spumoni is a bar located in the new area of Kanazawa, characterized by its comfortable darkness and welcoming ambiance. The simple layout with only a counter is appealing. It's the perfect spot for a second or third round, where regulars and first-time guests naturally bond in a heartwarming atmosphere. Be sure to visit when you want to enjoy a deep night out in Kanazawa.

This is a hidden bar located at the entrance of a deep drinking alley, marked by a blue door. Once you enter, a U-shaped counter spreads out, and the calm, dim lighting creates a very nice atmosphere. A young master manages everything efficiently on his own, and his polite service is comforting. The signature cocktail has a great balance of bitterness and freshness, making it so delicious that you can't help but want a second serving. Plenty of snack treats are also served, allowing you to enjoy yourself thoroughly even during the after-party. Conversations with neighboring customers naturally flow over the counter, and I lost track of time in the cozy environment.
