Looking out at Tokyo Bay, the style of having it grilled right in front of you is exciting. The wagyu sirloin is very tender, and the umami spreads in your mouth. The salad uses organic ingredients and branded vegetables, making it fresh and fragrant. The grilled vegetables, rice, and miso soup are all prepared with care, creating a pleasant flow throughout the course. The garlic rice contains eggs, shiitake mushrooms, and green onions, making it easy to eat like fried rice. The dessert gelato is refreshing, providing satisfaction until the very end.
