The interior features an impressive large L-shaped iron plate and has a lively atmosphere. It's fun to choose from the menu on the wall, and I ordered yakisoba and okonomiyaki. The yakisoba has firm noodles, and you can really feel the savory flavor typical of Fujinomiya. The okonomiyaki is Hiroshima-style with a thin batter layered with vegetables, and the surface is crispy and light. You can enjoy changing the flavor with the seaweed, shichimi, and sauce available on the table. The place is run by a family, and the service is pleasant. There are tatami rooms and a spacious parking lot, and the view of Mount Fuji from the parking lot is beautiful.
