In a clean and inviting interior centered around the counter, you can relax slowly. There are many types of sushi finished with salt and citrus, which really highlight the flavors of the ingredients. In particular, the flounder and striped jack have a pleasant umami and subtle sweetness, allowing you to enjoy the lingering taste. The fugu fin sake has a toasty richness and depth, with a fragrance that lingers delightfully. Seasonal fish are served grilled or with hot water, allowing you to savor a variety of luxurious dishes. The selection of sake and shochu shows a commitment to quality, and nostalgic J-POP plays softly in the background, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
