You can see the frying process over the counter, making the wait enjoyable. Since it is placed on warmed stones, the warmth lasts, and the oil is just right, making it easy to eat. Ingredients like clams, conger eel, whiting, and lotus root all shine with their quality. The tempura of sea urchin and Camembert wrapped in seaweed adds a playful touch that brings a smile to your face. The kakiage, made with sakura shrimp and onions, combines with the aroma of green onions to be moist and delicious. The menu changes with the seasons, allowing you to enjoy summer vegetables, rock oysters, shirako, sashimi, and even ice cream for dessert.
