The Kobe beef hamburger is the highlight, and while it is tender, the rich flavor of the meat comes through clearly. It has a fluffy texture that allows it to be cut easily with just a fork, and the juices spread out wonderfully. The aroma of onions from Awaji Island is present in the soup and hamburger, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The side dishes of potatoes, spaghetti, and green beans are also carefully arranged, contributing to a good overall harmony. The ability to choose drinks and the flow of serving salad and soup in order is also pleasant. The staff is friendly and shared various stories about the restaurant and the meat, which made me happy.
