Menu
Oyster Lab will offer an a la carte menu of raw oysters and nibbles that Oyster Lab purchases directly from the region each week. Recommended for those who want to eat a lot of raw oysters and those who prefer a lighter course. Reservations are required one week in advance due to oyster stocking. Additional a la carte dishes can be ordered on the day.
Oyster Lab's weekly special course. Please enjoy Oyster Lab's original oyster dishes. The pasta dish will change with the seasons.
Oyster Lab serves raw oysters sourced fresh weekly directly from the producer, along with a menu centered on Japanese-style oyster dishes. We recommend this for those who want to enjoy plenty of raw oysters or prefer a lighter meal. *The first serving of raw oysters can be substituted with steamed oysters. Please let us know when you make your reservation. *You may also order additional à la carte items on the day of your visit.
