A Hidden Patisserie Where Seasonal Fruits Shine

This charming shop, run by a chef trained at a famous patisserie, offers a sophisticated yet warm atmosphere reminiscent of a hotel lobby. It features a delightful selection of sweets, including tarts and Mont Blanc made with fresh fruits sourced from across the country and dairy products from Hokkaido, as well as chocolate infused with fragrant tea. The location in a back alley near Tokiwa-dai Station adds to its hidden gem appeal, allowing guests to enjoy high-quality flavors whether dining in or taking out.

In a high-quality space reminiscent of a hotel, you can feel the meticulous attention to detail. The showcase is lined with attractive sweets, making the selection process enjoyable. In particular, the Mont Blanc features rich fresh cream from the Notsuke region of Hokkaido, with a pleasantly fluffy melt-in-your-mouth texture. A crisp, thin meringue adds a nice change in texture. Hidden in the center is sweet chestnut, providing a small surprise with each bite. The green sign is also charming, and I was delighted to receive a baked treat on my way out.
