I made a reservation and visited, and I immediately fell in love with the atmosphere of the quiet house. The bright, high ceiling inside the restaurant gives a sense of openness, and it's enjoyable to watch the cooking from the counter. The course made with ingredients sourced from the mountains and sea by the chef allows you to fully appreciate the natural blessings of Niigata. The combination of game and fresh seafood is unique, and the elegant seasoning effectively conveys the deliciousness of the ingredients. Thanks to the staff's careful explanations and friendly service, I was able to relax and enjoy the meal throughout. The parking lot is also well-equipped, making it easy to stop by, and I thought it was a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy different surprises with each season.
