When visiting Tatsuno, we stopped by this restaurant, where nyumen was on the menu during the Autumn Festa, and it was delicious with the perfect amount of salt and the flavor of pickled plums. This is a must-visit restaurant after a tour of Tatsuno's sights and locations. Although there were few customers, we had the impression that the restaurant was energetically operating. Located inside the Ryokan Umetama, it has a rare mutant species of bamboo. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy nyumen that is different from other restaurants.
