A kaiseki restaurant that shines with creativity

DARUMA is a restaurant where you can enjoy kaiseki cuisine that respects traditional Japanese aesthetics while incorporating unique twists. The sashimi made from fresh seafood and each seasonal dish are a feast for both the eyes and the palate. In particular, the dish resembling risotto served with tea is exquisite, with a perfect blend of creaminess and Japanese flavors. The calm interior is perfect for gatherings of adults.

You can spend a relaxing time in a seat with partitions, and the atmosphere in the store is pleasantly felt. From the very first interaction, the service is polite, and the attention to detail is reassuring. There is a wide selection of alcoholic beverages to choose from. The dishes are kaiseki-style, utilizing the ingredients well, and the hot dishes are served while still warm, creating a comfortable pace. The grilled skin of the Spanish mackerel and the fresh sashimi are rich in flavor, allowing you to enjoy the bounty of the sea. The crispy texture of the fried tofu and the creamy dish that pairs bacon with greens are also impressive. The final dish, a clay pot rice with cod milt and cheese, is well combined with the broth, providing a satisfying feeling that makes you feel full.
