This is a cozy little shop located near Nishi Park. The counter is the centerpiece, and the staff's attentiveness is meticulous. There are many types of dumplings, including fried, shiso, and shrimp, which can be enjoyed in bite-sized pieces. Even without garlic, the flavors of yuzu pepper and shiso provide a satisfying experience. Unique variations like chawanmushi dumplings and soup dumplings are also delicious, and the shrimp dumplings are fun to eat with tartar sauce. The finishing touch, scallop congee, is infused with broth and has a comforting deliciousness that warms the body.
